The Board of Tantalizers Plc. is made up of eminent professionals who have made their mark in their respective fields of endeavour, thereby bringing several years of experience to bear on the Board.
Dr. Jaiye Oyedotun
Chairman
Dr. Jaiye Oyedotun graduated from University of Lagos, Akoka with a First Class honours degree in Business Administration in 1975. He obtained a Masters degree in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York, USA in 1978 and his Doctorate degree (PhD) in 1985 with specialization in Finance and Applied Statistics.
He worked in various institutions like Kwara State College of Technology, Ilorin, University of Lagos, and University of IOWA as a lecturer. He also made a foray into the financial sector where he had a distinguished and successful career as a first class banker. He worked at various times with NAL Merchant Bank Ltd, NAL Towers Securities Ltd., and rose to the position of General Manager/Chief Executive of the Nigerian Stockbrokers Limited (a subsidiary of NAL Merchant Bank Plc).
He was a former Commissioner for Health in Osun State (1992 and 1993), and was also at various times the Managing Director/Chief Executive of First Trustees Limited (a fully-owned subsidiary of First Bank of Nigeria Plc), and Marina International Bank Limited, which later merged with Access Bank Plc. He won the following awards: Elf Scholar in the University of Lagos in 1973, and BETA GAMMA SIGMA for Outstanding Performance at the Doctoral Level from the University of Iowa, Iowa City, USA in 1985.
Dr. Oyedotun was at different times an Executive Director in Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) and Nigerian Airspace Management Agency (NAMA). He was appointed Chairman, Board of Director of Tantalizers PLC. in 2008.
Mr. Mofoluso Ayeni graduated from University of Nigeria, Nsukka in 1975 with a first class honours degree in Psychology and an MBA from McGill University, Montreal Canada in 1979. He started his career in 1976 from Centre for Management Development as a Management Research Assistant.
In 1980, he joined Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited (now Unilever) as Brand Manager in-training from where he left as a Product Group Manager for an appointment in Xerox Nigeria Limited as Business Strategy Manager in 1986. From 1987 to 1995, he held various positions in Xerox Nigeria including General Manager Marketing, expatriation with Rank Xerox International in the United Kingdom and General Manager, Sales. He was appointed to the Board as Deputy Managing Director, Xerox H.S. (Nigeria) Limited in 1996. He retired from Xerox H.S in 1999 after 13 years of service to join Tantalizers Limited as the Executive Chairman. He resigned his position as the Executive Chairman, and was reappointed the Vice Chairman, Board of Directors, Tantalizers PLC, in non-executive capacity in 2008.
Mr. Ayeni holds Board appointments in some Nigerian organisations including: Chairman, Senkay Nigeria Limited – a property development company; Chairman, Baytide Investment & Property Limited; Chairman, First Bite Foods Limited – an integrated poultry company.
He is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (FNIMN) and a joint recipient of the FATE Foundation Model Entrepreneur Award (2005).

Mrs. Bose Ayeni holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Language Arts from the University of Ife (now Obafemi Awolowo University) having graduated in 1979 and an MBA from Pan African University in 2005.
She joined Lever Brothers Nigeria Limited in 1980 as Management Trainee and left in 1991 as Product Group Manager to run Senkay Nigeria Limited. She started Tantalizers Limited in 1997 and successfully turned it from a one outlet eatery to what it is today.
She was a joint recipient of the FATE Foundation Model Entrepreneur Award 2005. She is a Fellow of the National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, and Managing Director/Chief Executive of Tantalizers PLC
Mr. Tunji Bello holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from University of Ibadan (1984) and a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) honours from University of Lagos, Nigeria (2000). He was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2001. Mr. Bello also holds a Masters degree (ML.D) in International Law & Diplomacy from University of Lagos.
Honourable Bello had worked with various companies like First Bank of Nigeria, Concord Press Nigeria Ltd., St. Petersburg Times, Florida USA, to mention just a few. He was appointed the Managing Director / Chief Executive of Lagos State Signage & Advertising Agency (LASAA) in 2010 and re-appointed the Honourable commissioner for the Environment in Lagos State in 2011. He had various publications to his credit ranging from business to politics. He is a member of the following bodies: Nigerian Bar Association, Nigerian Society of International Law, Nigerian Guild of Editors, Nigerian Union of Journalist, and Civil Liberty Organization.
He has won many awards such as Concord Award for Journalistic Excellence and Bravery in 1990, Winner of Concord Publisher’s Award for Best Editorial Manager in 1990, and Winner, Alfred Friendly Press Fellowships (USA) in 1992. Honourable Bello was at various times the Editor, National Concord, Editor, Sunday Concord, and Chairman, Editorial Board of ThisDay Newspapers. He is currently a guest columnist with ThisDay newspaper, Lagos State Honourable commissioner for the Environment and Water Resources and a Non-Executive Director of Tantalizers PLC.

Mr. Muyiwa Kupoluyi
Non-Executive Director
Mr. Muyiwa Kupoluyi graduated from University of Ibadan with a B.Sc. (Honours) degree in Agric Economics in 1975. He started his professional accounting career with the firm of Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC) in 1976 where he became an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) in 1980. He was elected a Fellow of the Institute (FCA) in 1990. He rose to the position of Divisional Manager, Business Services at Coopers & Lybrand from where he joined Rank Xerox Nigeria Ltd in 1986 as the Finance Manager. He was on internationalization to Xerox Head Office in the UK in 1992 as expatriate Assistant Field Controller, Africa and Middle East. On his return to Xerox Nigeria in 1994, he became the Finance Director, a position he held until he resigned in 2000.
Mr. Kupoluyi was at a time, Consultant Chief Finance Officer with UTC Nigeria Plc, between 2002 and 2003. He is currently the Executive Chairman of Allied Gas Limited. He is also the Managing Consultant of Alpgam Investment Plc, a company floated by the Nigerian Association of Liquefied Petroleum Gas Marketers (ALPGAM). He is on the Board of other companies like: Gasoil Nigeria Limited, Afrotec Industries Nigeria Limited, to mention a few. He is a Non-Executive Director of Tantalizers PLC.

Mr. Gbolahan Labinjo
Deputy Managing Director
Mr. Gbolahan Edward Labinjo is an experienced QSR expert. He joined Tantalizers Plc on March 3, 2014, as the Deputy Managing Director. Gbolahan has a BSc. in Finance from Southern Illinois University and an MBA, with specialization in Contract & International Management.
He started his career at Merrill Lynch in 1983 and was assigned to the Pepsi QSR acquisition team from where he joined Pizza Hut where he rose to become an Area Manager. He joined Burger King and led teams to complete market turnaround for 10 years. Gbolahan then worked at Popeye’s Chicken as an Operator, acquiring 2 restaurants and developing 9 additional restaurants as a Franchise Operator.
Gbolahan also worked for Denny's as Franchise business leader for 5 years. He joined UAC Restaurants as GM Franchise & National Operations Manager in February 2011 and was part of the turnaround of the Brand. He was the Managing Director of Special Brand, the largest Operator of Mr. Bigg's Franchise Restaurants, from June 2013 to February 2014
Mr. Dele Oke is the head of the finance accounting and IT functions. He graduated in Accounting from the University of Lagos, Akoka in 1984, became an Associate of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ACA) in 1989, and a Fellow of The Institute (FCA) in 2000. He obtained an MBA in 2001 from Ondo State University, Akungba.
He joined National Electric Power Authority (NEPA) as an Internal Auditor in 1986, Smithkline Beecham PLC as Senior Management Accountant in 1992. In 1994, he left Smithkline for Capital Services Ltd (a subsidiary of Negris Ltd) an Oil Services Company as Head of Finance. He was appointed as Divisional Accountant (Technical) of SGS Nig. Ltd – another Oil Services Company in 1998. In 2000, he moved to Nigerian Bottling Company PLC and held various positions including Finance Manager, Ilorin Plant, Jos, Ikeja, Agidingbi, Lagos and Head Office, Lagos.
He joined Tantalizers Ltd as General Manager, Finance in 2006. He was appointed Executive Director, Finance in 2008 and his portfolio was enlarged to include Information technology in 2015.
